Goretti Masadde is a versatile professional with diverse experience in business leadership, management and consulting, public relations, marketing, and industrial operations, spanning across various sectors including Financial Services, Professional Bodies, Public health, Conservation and Tourism, and FMCG.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in food science and technology, a Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing of the Royal Chartered institute of Marketing (CIM) – UK. The Executive Brand Marketing certification of The Diageo PLC Brand Building Academy, MBA Essentials from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Associate Member Examination Board of the Institute of Brewing as well as several other certifications culminating in a well-rounded and grounded professional.
She is currently the CEO of the Uganda Institute of Banking, the first female CEO in 57 years of its existence.
